BOARD SPLIT (1)

⚖ Proposition 133: Child trafficking penalties. The board divided evenly; both views are valid.

For: Libertarians can support Prop 133 as it delivers maximum punishment to adults who initiate force by trafficking children for sex, permanently removing those who violate the rights of those unable to consent.

Against: Libertarians can oppose Prop 133 because mandatory life-without-parole removes judicial discretion, risks punishing coerced victims, and expands state power without individualized justice.
