Social Media Coordinator

LPEPC Staff Liaison Outreach Director Terms of Office 1‐year term; renewable at Annual Convention. Committee Makeup The Social Media Coordinator shall consist of at least one Contributing Member. Mission Statement The Social Media Coordinator is in charge of electronic media for Party activities. The Social Media Coordinator shall be familiar with the activities of the Party; coordinate with the Board, Outreach Director, Campaign Committee Chair, and VRD Committee Chair; keep all electronic media up to date; and shall make a yearly report to the Board of Directors. Reporting The Social Media Coordinator makes reports monthly at the Board of Directors meeting, after which it reports to the membership at the Annual Convention. Committee Meetings One in‐person meeting per year at Annual Meeting; any Special Convention; Board Meetings; Monthly Member meetings. Estimated Time Commitment Social Media Coordinator: 60+ hours per year Qualifications/ Responsibilities Social Media Coordinator: The Social Media Coordinator should have understanding of the Libertarian Party Platform and have an excellent familiarity with the structure of LPEPC. The Social Media Coordinator will have exceptional knowledge of electronic communications. Coordination with VRD Committee Chair in order to advertise voter registration drives online. Coordination with Volunteer Coordinator in order to advertise that volunteers are needed so that events are properly staffed. Coordination with Outreach Director to make sure events are advertised. Coordination with Campaign Committee Chair to advertise campaign events.
