Chairman Chris Houtchens requested that Wayne Harlos come from Castle Rock to Chair this month's meeting. Wayne Harlos graciously agreed. The Chair requested that the Treasurer act as Secretary for this meeting. There were objections to the State Chair running a County meeting, by Judy Darcy. A consensus was reached that the Treasure act as Chairman for this meeting. The Outreach Director will act as Secretary.
