1) Call to Order
The regular monthly meeting of the Libertarian Party of El Paso County was called to order by Chair Brian Flanagan at 5:18 P.M.
2) Roll Call
A roll call was conducted by the Secretary. A quorum was established.
Board Members Present: Chair Brian Flanagan, Vice Chair Richard Graf, Secretary Robin Early, Treasurer John Hjersman. Absent: Communications Chair Paotie Dawson, Education Chair Jesse Campbell. Vacant: Campaigns Chair, Fundraising Chair, Outreach Chair, Bylaws Chair.
3) Approval of Agenda
Motion: John Hjersman. Result: Approved with one addition to the agenda.
4) Approval of Previous Board Meeting Minutes
Motion: Richard Graf. Result: Approved without objection.

A. Outreach Position is still vacant as Judy Darcy was ineligible at the time of her appointment.
7) New Business
A. Appointment of remaining board positions. The following board positions were vacant and filled:
Outreach — Janet | Fundraising — Doug Jones | Bylaws — John Hjersman | Campaigns — Doug Jones
B. Outreach and Dues issue. Motion: John Hjersman moved to make the annual dues for contributing members $25/year, per calendar year. Result: Motion passes without objection.
