Motion: Robin Early moved to add herself, as the newly appointed Secretary, and John Hjersman, as the newly appointed Treasurer, to the LPEPC business bank account at ANB Bank.

B. Motion — Remove Brian Flanagan from ANB Bank Account
Motion: Robin Early moved to remove Brian Flanagan, current Chair and former Treasurer of LPEPC, from the LPEPC business bank account.

Vote: 6 Yes, 0 No
Result: Motion passes without objection
